“Black Dog” is the term Jack’s friends use to refer to his bouts of depression. Two of his friends we meet in the film are “Gus” the bartender at the Night Train Lounge, Mr., Chaney’s home away from home, and “Bobbi” a lesbian cab driver. The Camelbacks, of course are a mountain range in the Phoenix area.

MICHAEL DELUISE is the son of actor/comedian Dom Deluise and actress Carol Arthur. His brothers, Peter Deluise and David Deluise are also actors. Michael’s credits are many and varied. He has been a regular on various TV series such as GILMORE GIRLS, where he performed the role of TJ, Andy Sipowitz Jr. in N.Y.P.D. BLUE and Officer Penhall on 21 JUMP STREET. Just a few of his many other TV guest appearances are, CSI: NY, LAS VEGAS, STARGATE, 3RD ROCK FROM THE SUN, L.A. LAW, and TALES FROM THE CRYPT. Film work includes ENCINO MAN, WAYNE’S WORLD and BETWEEN THE SHEETS, a film he also directed from his brother Peter’s screenplay.

PAM LEVIN was featured in the recent independent hit film, MY DATE WITH DREW, was the winner of E! Entertainment TV’s reality show FIGHT FOR FAME and has appeared on NBC’s FRASIER. She is married to the Editor and Co-Director of MY DATE WITH DREW Brett Winn.

SY RICHARDSON is a much in demand actor that has appeared in many major films and TV shows including DRAGNET, DUKES OF HAZZARD, BECKER, MALCOM AND EDDIE, POSSE, HANGIN WITH MR. COOPER, CHINA BEACH, DEAD MAN WALKING, SID AND NANCY and REPO MAN. Director Alex Cox said of Sy, “He’s the best actor I’ve ever worked with.”
 

HELEN DUFFY has appeared in many featured films including TERMINATOR 3 (with Arnold Schwarzennegger), VENOMOUS, STAR FORCE, AUSTIN POWERES, HIGHJACKING, HOLLYWOOD and PRIME RISK. Her TV credits are extensive and varied, HANNAH MONTANA, THE WEST WING, THE PRACTICE, ALLY McBEAL, MELROSE PLACE, L.A.
LAW, THE GOLDEN GIRLS, NIGHT COURT, and WHO’S THE BOSS.
